ABOUT ME

Hi my name is Jill and I am a fully qualified personal trainer and group instructor with an internationally recognised qualification – (European Qualification Framework (EQF) Level 4.

As someone who struggled with my weight through my childhood and teenage years, I understand how difficult and intimidating it can be to take that first step into fitness and exercise. Taking the decision to improve your health is something to be proud of, and I’m here to offer a structured training plan, nutrition advice, and most importantly motivation and support to help you along the way!

One of the most important things to recognize as a trainer is that no two people are the same. Undersanding your clients needs and the WHY behind their desire to train is something I pride myself on, and is most definitely the way to optimize results!
